The Vendor Room at the 35th Annual NEC Convention will be an integral part of the weekend festivities. The 4500 sq. ft. room will be open from 4pm - 11pm Friday, 11am-5:30 and 9:30-11pm Saturday and 8:30-5pm Sunday. Setup is Friday until 3:30pm and breakdown is after 2pm on Sunday.
The Booth rates for the entire weekend are:
1, 8 foot table (against the wall)..... $125.
8 foot x 8 foot space.....................$150.
12 foot x 8 foot space ...................$200.
We will provide electricity, chairs & tables with tablecloths (at no additional cost to you). You need to bring your own extension cords.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel provides free Wi-Fi throughout the facility.
