Being a small comany, he and his wife Gertrud do the traveling, planning, photographing, diving, writing, layout, prepress, publications, and distribution for his own books, as well as Back to Nature books and books by other authors. Ad makes at least three expeditions per year. His travels and talks around the world give him about 75,000 frequent miles every year.
