NEC 2006 Convention – “The NEC’s Golden Anniversary” – An Evening with the Legends” Panel member Yet another old fried of the NEC, Gene is “Mr. Betta” to all of the world.  His life aquarium work goes beyond that, but when Betta splendens comes up, the buck stops with Gene.
